I just adore the facilities here, amenities are first class. Clubhouse and gym are in good condition. Excellent place to reside.
Apartment design is extremely spacious. Plenty of fresh air and natural light. Tastes high-end.
The wave pool turns each weekend into a weekend getaway. I am addicted to the beach culture here.

Construction quality is good, but I found some minor finishing problems in my flat.
This place is laudable, but traffic is a problem outside. It takes time to access major city areas.
The Palm beach Theme is definitely a seller, the property is amazing. Love the Water theme area in the center of the property, the kids play area, the Club house and lots of other games activities is available. Ample area to do your walking or jogging or cycling which is cool. The flats is lovely with lot of natural lighting, an amazing balcony to look out for the view. Parking is available for guests too, the other best part is security.
