I love living on Ghodbunder Road. I feel the area is beautiful with greenery and malls. I enjoy Viviana Mall for weekends. I attend Currae Hospital easily, and my kids go to Orchids International School. I feel rents are reasonable. I think traffic and water shortages need improvement daily.

I observe a high rental yield here. Still, I think the high water tankers and morning traffic congestion should really improve.
