As an owner in Vardhman Flora, Sector 90, I’ve had a disappointing experience overall , The construction quality is average at best, and finishing inside the flats feels substandard. Despite being a gated society, the security is not very strict, and visitor management is poorly handled.
Maintenance is a major issue — staff are unresponsive, cleanliness in common areas is neglected, and lift breakdowns are frequent. The builder has not delivered many promised amenities, and there’s no proper clubhouse or recreational facilities.
The surrounding infrastructure is underdeveloped — roads are broken, drainage is poor, and there’s frequent waterlogging during rains. The area still lacks proper public transport and decent connectivity unless you have your own vehicle.
In short, the project feels incomplete and not worth the investment for long-term living or rental returns. Buyers should inspect everything carefully before making a decision.
