Being a resident of Adai, I am very satisfied. The locality has all the necessities such as hospitals, schools, 1BHK and 2BHK apartments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and so on. In terms of connectivity, Adai is connected to all the major points of the main city. The railway connectivity is widely used by people for daily commuting and there are other options for public transport as well, making the location even more convenient.

I have been living in Adai for a long time now, and I have no complaints. The area has good connectivity and it has everything to meet the daily needs of the local people and residents. The area where I live is close to schools, markets, hospitals, gardens, shopping centers, and so on. It has good connectivity to Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The roadways connect the area to important places in Mumbai as well.

It’s been a while since I bought a property in Adai, Navi Mumbai and the locality is very nice in terms of environment, places of interest, commuting, and convenience. The neighborhood is amiable and safe with a clean and green environment. Some of the roads in Adai are well-maintained with good traffic conditions. I have good access to grocery stores, markets, pharmacies, clinics, banks, and ATMs. Overall, I am satisfied.

I used to live in Adai a few years back and it was a very good neighborhood with all the necessities to fulfill the needs of the residents. Some of the roads were not well- maintained causing traffic jams and pollution. However, it had close proximity to Panvel and MIDC industrial areas. Overall, I was very satisfied with the locality, and I had good access to hospitals, pharmacies, grocery stores, and markets.

I rented an apartment in Adai a few weeks ago and so far, my experience in this locality is good. Overall, the locality has good connectivity, and it is a 7 minutes drive from Panvel Railway Station and a 5-minute drive from Khandeshwar Railway station. However, there is no metro connectivity in Adai, which causes certain commuting problems for the local people. The area has good accessibility and overall, I am satisfied.
