CIDCO has unveiled an ambitious ₹16,250 crore budget for FY27, signaling a significant infrastructure expansion centered around the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has scheduled a 24-hour water supply shutdown from May 13th to May 14th, 2026, for essential maintenance and upgrades on the Morbe water pipeline. This work includes repairs to a balancing tank and pipeline connections, aiming to improve long-term water supply reliability.
