The nearness of premium schools such DAV School and necessary healthcare from Kharghar Medical City's hospitals made me happy. Spending leisure at the massive Central Park or seeing the lovely Utsav Chowk was perfect. Within easy reach for healthcare are Kharghar Medicity, Om Navjeevan, and MITR hospitals. For shopping and leisure on weekends, we go to Little World Mall or Glomax. Breathing clean air is best in Central Park. The one item I want would change is more road upkeep during monsoon season. Still, buying here feels like a true honor.
