Getting entry to educational institutions like National Public School and several banks is rather simple. I really value the safety here. One of the great advantages is that the Elevated Expressway significantly reduces my travel time towards the city. Our closeness to the soon-to-be finished Electronic City Metro Station makes the trip simple. For a tech center, we even have calming green areas like Infosys Lotus Lake nearby for rapid unwinding. The general living conditions are lively and favorable. For a smoother trip, the state of some interior roads and the visibility of potholes have to be corrected right away.

Furthermore, with respected schools like National Public School and healthcare centres like Springleaf Hospitals nearby, the social infrastructure is excellent. For recreation, we have excellent eateries and local Wonderla. The two major areas requiring work are the high pollution levels and a visible requirement for more upkeep of the general cleanliness and garbage management system as well as the many potholes on several internal roadways.

For the market in Bangalore, properties here are rather inexpensive. With a low crime rate, the neighbourhood is quite safe. We really require better garbage management systems and devoted green belts for improvements. There are insufficient parks to fit the residential population density.

    Electronic City is the best locality in Bangalore on my side. This locality has great access to any part of the country as multiple national highways traverse this location. I love to go to Barbeque Nation in my locality. I am very much glad about this. There are many shopping malls and markets available near this locality. Ripped Gym and Fitness Centre is the nearest gym to my house. Also, many gyms and fitness centers are situated nearby.

All different kinds of amenities are available in the shopping centers nearby. Bannerghatta Biological Park and Thottikallu Falls are the landmarks of this locality. NH-48 highway connects New Delhi and Chennai via Bangalore. There are lots of water bodies in the area that keep the temperatures low in the summer.

    Positives: Since I had a job with Infosys close by, living in Electronic City was mostly about convenience. The Elevated Expressway was the best, It significantly lowered my travel time and helped the neighbourhood to seem well-connected even while distant from the main urban hub. The demand for rentals was strong, which provided future security. We also had solid social infrastructure; National Public School and Springleaf Hospitals were rather convenient.

    Negative

    Negatives: In several nearby regions, the general trash management and cleanliness were clearly inadequate, which destroyed the surroundings. Many interior residential streets also had potholes. Better maintenance of the fundamental infrastructure was expected. More emphasis had to be on the general cleanliness.

    Positives: For my family, one great advantage was Electronic City's reasonably priced starting point into the Bangalore real estate scene. Having key services like Fortis Hospital and excellent schools like Candor International close by is quite handy; overall locality is safe. Around the tech corridor, the area's growth is amazing and dependable. On the major roads, connectivity continues to be reliable.

    Negatives: Some essential public services, however, require additional attention. For inland travel, firstly, local BMTC bus routes need to be covered more often. Secondly, stricter observation of local street vendor areas' surroundings is required. Finally, better pedestrian crossings on smaller arterial streets and more clearly, uniform signage are needed. I believe these service deficits will soon be gone.

Perfect for professionals, the area is home to major IT parks including Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. With the elevated highway connecting Silk Board and Koramangala and the Electronic City Metro Station on the Yellow Line, connectivity is fantastic. Nearby are hospitals like Springleaf Hospital and schools like Treamis World School. Real estate values are rising slowly but surely.

    Negatives: Two problems still confront me, includes limited entertainment or quality shopping within walking distance and traffic bottlenecks close the toll region during business hours.

    Negatives: Potholes abound on some internal roads, and repair work is tardy. Roadside stalls and inadequate garbage disposal must be radically improved in terms of general cleanliness problems. Finally, more parks and green belts inside the housing phases would help to counteract the concrete surroundings.

Ideal starting point for working professionals, this spot is located in Bangalore's southern sector. Nearby excellent institutions like National Public School as well as easily accessible Springleaf and Kauvery Hospitals come to memory. While not inexpensive, it was definitely more reasonably priced than main zones. Living here was remarkable mostly because of the simplicity and the neighbourhood atmosphere.

Neo Mall and D-Mart for all the shopping malls are within reach. Also, top-notch medical care comes from venues like Springleaf Hospital. Families have a great advantage from schools like Indus International. They also make the whole area seem very self-contained. The area is lively and spirited; the greenery kept within the vast IT campuses is my favourite feature.

    Negatives: Though the neighbourhood is great, two issues demand immediate attention. The chronic traffic jams on the service roads during peak hours and better trash disposal and hygiene maintenance of general cleanliness. We enjoy it here.
