I have great colleges nearby, simple metro access, corporate offices etc. Weekends are spent at parks with family as well as at the beach. Though I adore this location, parking problems and noise have to be addressed quickly.

There are many positive things about this project. First the developer is one of India's top company. Then I will mention how you will have private living experience with only 46 units here. More greenery and private space. Also family will appreciate so many schools nearby like Billabong.

Had so many doubts at first. It's a big investment right? But went ahead since the location seems very appealing. Metro line is coming up with a station near the project and WEH and JVLR can be accessed along with Malad station. Will be less anxious about parents since Zenith and other hospitals are also nearby.
