Listing ID: #10643504

I live here because Kamothe is famous for its node-based planning. I love the organized sectors and wide roads. I feel safe in this neighbourhood. I am near Jeevan Jyot Hospital and Ryan International School. My experiences are good, but I feel disappointed by frequent power cuts and heavy traffic.

I love this area because it is situated right on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. I get amazing greenery and a peaceful environment here. I feel very satisfied as a resident. My rental yield income is high due to the upcoming airport. My frustrations are the slow CIDCO maintenance and the water salinity.

I suggest Kamothe because my experiences show it is famous for planned nodes and rail access. I see it as a strong residential segment with daily commercial use. I notice steady rental yield and healthy resale demand. I advise clients that traffic at junctions and drainage during monsoons need improvement.

I recommend Kamothe to families and budget investors. I see strong demand due to the railway station, highway links, schools, and hospitals in this area. I explain that daily needs are walkable here. I point out upcoming growth near Panvel. I warn clients about traffic bottlenecks and limited open parking.

I own a flat here, and my experiences are satisfying. I know Kamothe for affordability and Panvel connectivity. I enjoy peaceful living and daily needs nearby. I get a decent rental yield. I see infrastructure growth coming. I feel disappointed with traffic control and road maintenance.

I live in Kamothe, and I find it calm and green. I like the planned sectors, and my experiences suit tenants like me. I enjoy Little World Mall visits. I trust MGM Hospital and Ryan International School nearby. I feel rents are reasonable. I face traffic and drainage issues.

I work as a broker, and I find Kamothe a strong investment choice. I suggest this area for good CIDCO planning and easy transport. I guide clients about the MGM Hospital and Ryan International School nearby. I mention the Kamothe market convenience. I notice parking issues and water supply complaints that need improvement.

Kamothe is beautiful with its wide residential sectors. It is located along the Sion-Panvel Highway, which is great. The rental yield is rising here. I really love the local food stalls and hanging out at Central Park, Kharghar. Transport is great here. I dislike the pollution, crowd and noise here.

Here I have a home; my experiences are wonderful. Daily for my job, I travel by the Khandeshwar train station. With the MGM Hospital close by, the accessibility of the area for my family is my favourite thing. I simply dislike the poor night-time street lighting and the continuous water scarcity in this area.

Kamothe is wonderful to me since everything is so accessible. Being close to the Sion-Panvel Highway gives me the great travel benefit. Local restaurants and coaching centres are much loved by my family. For many reasons, I find it quite easy. I have difficulties with road traffic and heavy dust, though.

From my experiences of consistent demand and reasonable prices, Kamothe is my recommendation. The Sion-Panvel Highway, railway station access, and nearby schools help me to give it first focus. I believe it is secure for Kharghar's families and near to malls. I counsel customers on restricted parking in historic areas as well as traffic gridlock.

Staying in Kamothe makes me quite content as my daily schedule here is natural and arranged. My experience is pleasurable since my region has several grocery shops, pharmacies, banks, and reasonably priced rental houses that fit my budget. Kamothe railway station on the Harbour Line makes my travel simple; thus, I consider my thinking good; I regularly use buses and the Sion–Panvel Highway. Having MGM Hospital nearby and universities like Pillai College of Engineering accessible makes me feel supported. I rent here mostly for work on the Panvel and Belapur side. Active communities and streetlights provide my sense of safety. Kamothe seems to be cheap when compared to other nodes. During the monsoon, I believe road excavation and drainage call for immediate improvements.

Navi Mumbai's middle-class families will find Kamothe to be the most well-designed node. The grid-style design is quite interesting to me because it simplifies navigation. For a fast Mumbai commute, my advice is to use the Mansarovar railroad station. Having MGM Hospital and Shankara Eye Hospital in the immediate vicinity is something I highly value. The housing areas are always busy with people, so I feel safe even at night. Evening ambiance at the CIDCO Garden appeals me as does a stroll close to the Khandeshwar lake region. I observe high rental returns resulting from medical college students nearby. The neighbourhood drainage problems and lack of appropriate parking bays aggravate me somewhat.

Kamothe pleases me tremendously, as it is both cost-effective and very well-arranged. Wide streets and excellent connectivity via Mansarovar and Khandeshwar railway stations make this location attractive. I propose this location since MGM Hospital and Ryan International School are quite near my residence. The streets are light and crowded, therefore I feel secure for women at night. I appreciate the verdant surroundings of the several little parks nearby my residence. With consistent rental increases from students and employees, my investment seems worth it. Still, I believe better trash collection and less waterlogging during severe rains are required. Life here is quite wonderful.

Very good and safe for family living
