Chosen for the sheer quality of life, I benefit much from features such the large Central Park and the Kharghar Valley Golf Course just here. Through Central Park station, the Harbour Line railway and the new Navi Mumbai Metro connect very well. The neighbourhood feels really safe generally, and we have excellent educational institutions nearby, such as DAV International School. Though rents are reasonable, the value for the facilities fully makes up for it. The only two small gaps I observe are that some interior areas need better local vegetable markets, and last-mile connectivity might use more public transportation choices inside the nodes.

Recently I have rented a house near the local area of Kharghar and I am in love with the place. The area is very close to the sea and hospitals and there are many shopping malls in the locality. The Prime Mall is the best shopping mall according to me and the Farmer’s Market is a very popular market in the area.

I am the owner of a builder's shop in the local area of Kharghar and I am a resident here. The area has many schools and colleges like HEMS International School, and Satyagraha College. Vinayak Hospital, Phoenix Hospital, and so on are some of the best hospitals in the locality. The environment here is healthy and the area is very close to the sea.

I am a permanent resident of the local area of Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. The place is very beautiful and very close to the sea. I am a teacher at a primary school in the area. The commuting system of the area is very sound and the Kharghar railway station is very close to the locality. There are many hospitals in the locality and they are very well known for their hospitality.

Positives: Being a Kharghar owner, I value the green areas, particularly near Utsav Chowk, and the low crime rate makes it very safe for children. With simple subway and rail access, the infrastructure is sound, and having so many well-known universities and hospitals close guarantees a high level of living.

Negatives: Though a few civil initiatives still need finishing. We sometimes still experience intermittent power outages, which is aggravating. Some unintentional slums in close proximity, I also observe, sometimes present problems with local cleanliness and pollution. At last, I hope CIDCO corrects the malfunctioning streetlights along some highways so enabling for nighttime travel.

Positives: Linked by the Harbour Line at Kharghar station, the region sits next the Sion-Panvel roadway. Nearby are prominent institutions including DAV International School, Bal Bharati Public School, and Ryan International School. Polaris Multispecialty Hospital and others were simple to access. Daily markets, malls, and the vast Kharghar green space improved the enchantment. Compared to the core suburbs of Mumbai, the pricing levels felt fair. Negatives: Especially main road peak hour traffic causes a genuine problem. Hence, the drainage system has to be enhanced to prevent waterlogging during severe rains. It's really a wonderful site to own land notwithstanding these small issues.

Positives: This location actually feels like house. With its thick green coverage, large roads, and safety, this carefully designed CIDCO node stands out. Connectivity is great; commuting is simple thanks to the Kharghar train station and the newly opened Central Park Metro Station. For entertainment, we have the well-known Central Park as well as excellent educational amenities like NIFT. For rent, it's a high quality yet reasonably priced location. The expansive view of the 18-hole golf course is my preferred one.

Negatives: Though I adore the quiet here, certain aspects have to be improved. First off, reliance on cars results from the inconsistent local feeder bus link inside the districts. Second, the junction connecting to the Sion-Panvel roadway's peak-hour daily traffic is severely crowded and requires better signal control.
