Sion Panvel Highway is close to the Goodwill Unity and the locality has good access to the Palm beach marg. The area is very developed and has all social infrastructures present within walking distance like schools and malls.

Visiting Goodwill Unity, I found the apartments to be well crafted but some electrical issues may be present in the wiring, even though it is rectifiable easily, a little check-up is advised before buying but the pace is excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

The apartments of Goodwill Unity are well designed but my favorite part was the bathroom, it has all fixtures along with a separate shower panel and an industrial exhaust. The area is also spacious and has not taken much carpet away from the living rooms.

The locality of Goodwill Unity has a tendency for water logging but other than that the complex is well planned and comes will all necessary amenities like power backup and a good water supply as well as a cycling track.

The palm Beach Marg is an up-scale locality and the positioning is well too, Goodwill Unity apartments, in my opinion, maybe a very good opportunity for buyers as the valuation is expected to increase in the coming years.
