Living here is a pleasure; my experience in this brief time has been great. Here I feel safe; in the mornings, the neighbourhood is tranquil and lovely. Certainly along the primary Wakad Road, which links me perfectly to the major city highways, is my simplest way of travel. Everything is close by, therefore my everyday life is so simple. The setting of the community directly beside the IT center is ideal. The children attend EuroSchool Wakad; Lifepoint Hospital is quite nearby. Walking around the nearby parks gives me great pleasure. Generally, I am enjoying my life here, and the people are friendly. The sole urgent upgrades are better governance of overall air contamination very quickly and the larger potholes on the smaller inner roads.

I am satisfied with owning an apartment in Costa Rica, Wakad. Aside from traffic issues, the area roadways are kept up nicely, with lighting illuminating the streets. Regular police patrols also improve neighbourhood safety by discouraging criminals. We have also used the party hall for hosting events on several occasions. Occasionally, I also invite my friends to spend some quality time in the indoor game area in the evening. There is also a play area for children. However water logging in monsoon is a major issue.

Costa Rica, located in Pimpri Chinchwad PCMC is a project that provides inhabitants with an abundance of contemporary amenities. Kids play areas and sand pits, power backup, CCTV and video surveillance, a normal park and central green, a 24-hour water supply, a lift, and many more features are included in the project. Traffic congestion during peak hours and water logging in monsoon are some of the complaints I have as an owner living here.
