I have recently rented an apartment in Costa Rica. The luxurious Costa Rica project is situated in Pimpri Chinchwad PCMC, Pune. The property occupies 6.97 acres and includes 235 units. Sizes of the 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats available in the property range from 1055 to 1528 square feet. The project is ideally situated and has excellent access to the city main hubs. The idea provides a practical shopping complex for everyday necessities.
I have been a tenant living in Costa Rica for a few months, and so far, my experience is good. There are various amenities in the areas of sports, convenience, safety, leisure and environment, making it a great place to live. The construction quality of the building is excellent, and the project is developed by a trusted builder. My apartment is quite spacious and ideal to live with a large family of six to seven.
I have recently become an owner of a 2-BHK apartment in Costa Rica, at Wakad, Pune and I have to say it is a great choice. It enjoys proximity to important IT hubs and therefore, employment is not an issue in this area. Overall, I am satisfied with Costa Rica.
I have bought an apartment in Costa Rica, Wakad, and there are so many things I am happy about. Premium lodging in Wakad is in high demand for rentals due to its proximity to IT parks. Wakad is located on the Pune Suburban Railway Line, approximately 7 kilometres from Chinchwad Railway Station. Nearby schools include Walnut, Wisdom World, HEMS International, and Euro. Pune International Airport is about 20 km from Wakad via Aundh-Wakad road.
I am satisfied with owning an apartment in Costa Rica, Wakad. Aside from traffic issues, the area roadways are kept up nicely, with lighting illuminating the streets. Regular police patrols also improve neighbourhood safety by discouraging criminals. The mall is located here, and we have dependable access to water and a proper drainage system, so all the essentials are here. Easy accessibility of cabs and auto makes it convenient for commuters as well.
Being a person living on my own in Costa Rica, I was initially concerned about my safety. However, Costa Rica is quite a safe place for its residents with excellent safety features such as 24/7 security, intercom facility as well as CCTV and surveillance. It is located in a safe locality of Wakad and the streets are well-lit and we never have to worry about going out alone at night. Overall, I am satisfied.
I am quite satisfied with my decision to rent an apartment in Costa Rica. We have 24*7 power backup, with attached market, which is quite convenient for the residents living here. There is a podium parking, which I use for my 4-wheeler and quite interestingly, there are car washing bays as well. We have 24*7 water supplies and receive treated water. Senior citizens also find it convenient as we have a lift.
As a tenant living in Costa Rica, I am extremely happy. My 3-BHK apartment is very spacious and provides enough space for my family. We have also used the party hall for hosting events on several occasions. Occasionally, I also invite my friends to spend some quality time in the indoor game area in the evening. There is also a play area for children. However water logging in monsoon is a major issue.
Costa Rica, located in Pimpri Chinchwad PCMC is a project that provides inhabitants with an abundance of contemporary amenities. Kids play areas and sand pits, power backup, CCTV and video surveillance, a normal park and central green, a 24-hour water supply, a lift, and many more features are included in the project. Traffic congestion during peak hours and water logging in monsoon are some of the complaints I have as an owner living here.
