I am an owner in Majiwada, and my experiences are great now. I like its famous connectivity to Mumbai via Eastern Express Highway. I enjoy comfortable living, steady rental income and the upcoming metro at Kapurbawdi. I love that schools and hospitals are close. I wish garbage and some narrow roads were fixed, and internal lanes need better lighting.

Lodha Iris has so much to do that I never get bored while I'm free. It's beautiful that I have access to a gym where I can work out because it's surprisingly well-equipped and has a trainer on staff to help. Otherwise, I can visit the clubhouse, where everyone enjoys themselves, but my preferred option is to visit a park and watch adorable children play.
