Also, it is a pollution-free area and is best for senior citizens.
I am a permanent resident of Ghodbunder Road, Thane, and am living for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with the location. The location is close to transport facilities. The place has developed schools such as Narayana E-Techno School and Idhyah Global School. The locality here is safe and secure. Naneghat is a good spot to roam in the area. Also, the neighborhood is very friendly.
Location is very nice with good connectivity and high rent yields. Upcoming developments are expected metro area

There are good places for spending time alone such as Upvan Lake. One backdrop of this locality is the presence of too many real estate companies which makes the area prone to traffic jams.
