I will give a plus point for the way the developer is building this integrated township. Not many licenses are being given now and it is a chance to own an apartment in a township with everything that will come up from mall to school. That too it is a listed developer. Of course, the location is yet to become as A-list one as say Dwarka Expressway. But it will get there I believe.

Pricing is too high. There are some projects that cost less in same stretch. Yes, they are promising amenities and township living. Let's see how it ultimately becomes.
