As all the major IT hubs are only around the corner, my favourite component is the walk-to-work culture. With well-maintained roadways and strong police patrolling, the neighbourhood is quite safe, well-planned, and tidy. With the neighbouring premium malls and wide range of eateries and cafes, social life is also excellent. City transportation is made simple thanks to the connectivity of the Outer Ring Road. It would be fantastic if the municipal corporation could, however, discover a permanent fix for the rare water shortage we encounter in a few flats during intense summer.

I absolutely suggest Gachibowli; it is clearly the heart of opportunity in Hyderabad's West Zone. Being a major route to the IT and Financial District, this area offers strong growth and big returns, hence perfect for both home and investing. See, personally speaking, Gachibowli is one of the best areas to stay in Hyderabad. I work in the area itself, and this works out to be very convenient for me as well. The entire zone is dotted with MNCs, corporate offices, and technology hotspots. I think Gachibowli has a lot of potential, especially since Hi Tech City is nearby. The only issue that the authorities need to fix is the water supply shortages.

Gachibowli is a prime area in Hyderabad in my opinion, and will develop even more in the years to come. I mean, it’s got the corporate buzz, being the home to so many leading IT and tech giants, and leading MNCs. Also, there’s this vibrant office crowd here, along with plenty of housing developments in almost every category. ISB, IIT, and many other institutions are also situated nearby, while healthcare and other amenities are also easily available. Connectivity has also improved a lot over the years here. One of the only issues that I have pertains to the limited water supply in the peak summer season.

Gachibowli has been a good place to stay in, considering how well-connected it is to so many offices. So, most of the population in the area is comprised of IT and finance professionals. There are various leading companies situated here, and I quite enjoy the experience of walking to work each day. The Outer Ring Road is the main road here, while the airport can be accessed within only 40 minutes or so. The TSRTC bus network is also readily available here, while the Hi Tech City metro station is also nearby. Many educational institutions and hospitals are also present here. I only wish that the ongoing construction winds down soon, due to the huge air and noise pollution.

As a representative, I explain to clients that it's the only location in Hyderabad where you can walk out of a luxury apartment. The location is a powerhouse, boasting strong connectivity through the ORR and excellent ongoing infrastructure, including the new flyovers and the upcoming Metro Phase 2 extension. We have it all here, from the best international schools and top-notch hospitals to green oases, providing a high-standard and highly safe way of life. We badly need respite from the merciless daily rush-hour traffic jams, and quite honestly, some of the older internal road drainage schemes require urgent renovation to keep up with the premium atmosphere.

Gachibowli literally has everything going for it! I mean, it's home to many global and domestic corporations and IT companies. I mean, I literally implement the walk to work concept, since my office is just a short distance away from my home. The ORR goes through Gachibowli, offering easy access to other parts of Hyderabad. This includes the airport, which is about 35-40 minutes away. There are well-lit roads along with wide pathways, 24-7 water and power supply, in tandem with the TSRTC bus networks. You will find the metro access nearby in HITEC City. This is one place where you will find the ISB, University of Hyderabad, Kendriya Vidyalaya, AIG, Himagiri, and Apollo Spectra hospitals, and of course, the Sarath City Capital Mall. My only issue is the noise and air pollution, especially due to the roadwork and construction.

Switching to Gachibowli was the right choice for my career and my family. The area is like the real Silicon Valley of Hyderabad, with top MNCs and the Financial District virtually on our doorsteps, providing the region with tremendous professional potential and lots of safety feeling. The ORR and the forthcoming Metro Phase 2 extension, ensuring my travel easy. The wide, well-planned roads, best schools, and easily accessible hospitals provide a very good quality of life, and our property value has greatly appreciated. I highly recommend dwelling here. The only single prominent highlight we need to address here is fixing the temporary water logging on some internal roads during high monsoon rains.

Gachibowli was always a good place to live in, and I regret that I shifted out to another city for work purposes. I invested here and have retained my apartment, since there is a handsome upside in terms of appreciation that is taking place. There are several IT hubs and tech companies here, including some pretty big names like Microsoft, Amazon, and others. Hi Tech City is easily accessible from here as well, which makes it convenient for those working there. The Nehru Outer Ring Road runs through the locality as well, offering excellent access to several places in Hyderabad. There are several projects that are being developed here as well. At the same time, some improvements that I wish to highlight include huge traffic congestion due to roadwork that is going on at several places, including the stretch near the RTA Office at Kondapur.

I came here one evening for work and never returned. I am a tenant and long term resident of Gachibowli, and I would definitely recommend it. IT offices and the Financial District are nearby. Roads connect to ORR, airport and HITECH City. There are good schools, hospitals such as CARE, malls, and happening cafes in the area. New flyovers clear peak jams. Apartments are contemporary, and services are dependable. There are mountain green pockets to take strolls. Renting demand is high. Local markets and restaurants remain busy late at night. What needs to be bettered is more organised parking and enhanced green spaces protection. Still, I highly recommend living in Gachibowli.

Positives: Staying in Gachibowli was just a wonderful experience for me. I always say to people it's the best planned corporate area I have ever lived in. I absolutely adored being near the Financial District and how the Outer Ring Road provided such convenient connectivity throughout Hyderabad. The neighborhood always used to feel so high-end and safe, with stunning, wide roads and heavy night patrolling. Add to that the presence of big institutions such as the University of Hyderabad and massive retail complexes within close proximity and you have ultimate convenience. If I were to suggest one or two things, the municipality must see to the proper drainage to avoid waterlogging of internal roads during the rains, and more can be done to stabilise the falling groundwater levels.

Positives: I feel so fortunate to be a resident of this good locality. I believe coming here was the best career choice I could have made. The place is always abuzz, and having IT giants such as Microsoft and Deloitte at a stone's throw has rendered my daily commute a myth. The strong infrastructure is top-notch, particularly the ORR connectivity, and we have access to renowned institutions such as ISB and IIIT. The area is totally self-sustaining with huge malls and great hospitals around, thus a high standard of living. But that ever-present hum generates horrific peak-hour traffic jams, a big pain. And the falling groundwater level is a severe issue we need the government to address as a matter of urgency.

Gachibowli has been linked to my memories and special moments in life. Started staying here when I was a student at ISB, and then bought my apartment after I got a job in the vicinity itself. Even a few years back, it was already an established commercial hub with offices of so many top companies. I literally walked to work (ten minutes only) each day, and there were good restaurants to pick up some tasty local food on the way back home as well. IIT and Hyderabad University were there, and the student population made it a vibrant neighborhood. Yes, there was always a crowd of people working here, slight chaos with traffic and all. But it was a good experience overall for me.

Positives: Gachibowli is exceedingly well linked it's barely 5 km from HITEC City and near the Financial District. Outer Ring Road goes right through, metro is being extended, and national roads connect to nearly all areas of Hyderabad. Renowned schools such as Phoenix Greens, Kendriya Vidyalaya, International B-Schools, large hospitals, malls, and a high concentration of IT companies. Prices are appreciating, which is a boon for investment. Negatives: Traffic gets heavily jammed , particularly in rush hours, and heavy construction at times slows it down. Secondly, some of the internal roads get flooded during rains and waterlogging is an issue. Furthermore, summer season has water supply problems since groundwater levels deplete.

Positives: The area is a fast-developing one and I moved here when property values were still affordable. Happy to stay near my workplace and there is a huge business cluster, with top MNCs like Amazon, Infosys, Microsoft, Deloitte- you name it and it’s there! Good IT and services crowd in the locality is another plus point, along with the hospitals like Sunshine, Himagiri, and also the reputed institutions like IIT, ISB, and the University of Hyderabad. Negatives: I find it quite attractive even today, despite the slight increase in living costs. Yes, traffic can be intimidating at times, but nothing takes away from the convenience of staying here.
