Booked a 2BHK here a week ago. The place is unbeatable, and the project has excellent amenities.

The project location is very good and community is also good.
The infrastructure of My Home Avatar apartments is great and made with quality construction materials that require less maintenance over time but I did see some wiring issues in some of the rooms that are easily rectifiable.
The 2 and 3 BHK apartments are very spacious and range from 1314 to 1834 sq. ft. The ceilings of the apartment are nicely decorated with false ceilings, nice painted walls and tiled flooring but the Bathrooms do not include a geyser or shower panels which would have been good inclusions.
My Home Avatar is a worthwhile project in the West Zone of Gachibowli that is well integrated into the Nehru Outer Ring Road, making the area a top choice for residential real estate. Built on a 22.57-acre plot of land, the project provides enough green open space for all residents.
Possession dates keep getting pushed back. I wish they were more open about it. Everything else is otherwise attractive including the amenities.
The gym and pool are good; my children like the play area. Traffic in the surrounding area is annoying. Otherwise, connectivity and facilities are excellent.

Leisure amenities in My Home Avatar include a spa, party hall, and an amphitheatre but the indoor games room has limited space and would have been better if it was more spread out.
The balconies of the apartment give a very scenic view of the sourcing landscape and add to the skyline, owing to its grand architecture and sophisticated external facade.
