The two issues that I do have are that there are potholes on some of the inner roads after rains and construction around here sometimes clogs up traffic. Despite that, Sector 49 is very welcoming to live in and well worth the suggestion.

Also, the NH-48 and SPR are both accessible, along with the Vatika Business Park, Universal Trade Tower, and the like. Multiple shopping malls like Eros City Square and Sapphire Mall are also located nearby. I found everything I needed for a happy and healthy life, and hence made the decision to live here sometime earlier. The only thing to improve is the garbage disposal system

The fact that it is near well-known schools such as DAV Public School, big hospitals, and well-known malls such as Sapphire and Omaxe City Centre is a big plus point, and the place itself is comparatively affordable for the facilities it has. In terms of better day-to-day mobility, the lack of local public transport facilities, other than autos, is something that badly needs infrastructural upgrade here.

Traffic jams in peak hours and fewer public transport options to be improved. Sector 49 provides a peaceful, family oriented lifestyle overall I highly suggest for renters.
