HCBS Auroville 3 Bedroom 751 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Sector 103 Gurgaon

I have been staying at Auroville for almost two months. It took some time to get used to the smaller room size, but well worth it because of the central location in sector 103. Great amenities like complete electricity backup, 24/7 water, and Dwarka expressway are not even 1km away.

Security was my first concern with choosing a new apartment in Gurgaon, but I am thrilled with my Auroville apartment. CCTV is installed throughout the project, and security guards are at the gates 24/7. The rooms themselves are a little small but are very affordable and well designed as well.

I recently moved to Gurgaon for a job and bought an apartment at Auroville. Very glad I found this development as it is surprisingly affordable. You get many sports and recreational facilities like a badminton court, skating rink and jacuzzi.

I would say that Auroville is more or less aimed toward young people living alone. The apartments are not that big, but they are cheap and VERY comfortable. Room design helps in making them not feel crampy. However, the surrounding area gets waterlogged during heavy rainfall.

Auroville is an excellent project in the sector 103 area of Gurgaon. I can recommend it because the experience here is just super. You get fantastic things like a skating rink, dance hall, comfort amenities like 24x7 water, and complete security with guards and CCTV.
