Sheth Montana 3 Bedroom 965 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Mulund West Mumbai

I’m amazed with the Sheth Montana because I seriously didn’t expect thisquality of service from a development that isn’t even completely built yet. Ibought an apartment last week and since then the developers have been kindenough to keep me constantly updated on the progress.

I’ve had several tours of the grounds and a little of the buildings themselves,and from what I can see, they’re absolutely luxurious. I’ll talk about thegrounds first since I’ve toured them extensively. The development is located inthe Mulund West area, so it’s pretty quiet and green around Montana.

Inside, the place is covered with gardens and trimmed hedges everywhere,sort of like a wooded park kind of environment. It’s refreshing to walk throughthem even on a tour, and I can tell I’m going to love living here.

The grounds also have lots of facilities for the tenants, including a spa, jacuzzi,and swimming pool for everybody. A kids’ pool is also included, and I’m told itwill be supervised for safety. Sounds great, right? I’ve seen the floor plans ofthe rooms and they look very comfortable too.

They are a little small for the price, but have a great design so no room feelscramped to live in. The place I bought is a 2BHK 710 square feet apartment. Ithas a neatly separated bathroom, two bedrooms, a modular kitchen (I think itmeans the kitchen was built following a catalogue), and a bathroom quite bigenough.
