Pride World City 4 Bedroom 2260 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Charholi Budruk Pune

The spacious apartments with modern interiors; a great place for families.

As for leisure, I often go down to the table tennis tables with my mom, and there are alsobadminton and tennis courts along with a swimming pool. We don’t go there a lot but there’salso a cute little club and an amphitheatre where a lot of shows are held.

Security is a highlighted feature of Pride World and for good reason. Security guards arepresent at the gates 24 hours a day and there are even firefighting systems set up throughthe corridors for safety.

The rooms are about the standard 1BHK to 3BHK apartments, going from just under 450 sq.feet (1BHK) to a little over 1250 sq. feet (4BHK). I bought one of the 3BHK apartments sincemy siblings visit a lot of the time. Honestly, I’m pretty happy with the place. It’s wide andspacious, and I didn’t have to buy a lot of furniture since it was almost fully furnished.There’s a lift so you don’t have to climb lots of stairs, and beautifully manicured lawns allaround the development.

The rooms are designed GREAT, and the administration is very helpful in making sure me and my mom or any of the other residents don’t have any problems with our homes.

I moved into one of the Pride World apartments last week with my mother, and wow.Before I say anything else, I’ll say this: I’ve stayed at about 6 apartments over the last ten ortwelve years, and Pride World is a clear winner on almost every count.

It is very convenient for proximity to the airport which is a big plus for me. But traffic noise can be bothersome.

The location is convenient, but the CRM team's attitude is disappointing.

I love the green spaces so much here. My daughters have ample room to play. However, mobile network coverage is poor.

Various amenities are excellent. But construction delays have been frustrating.
