It is a nice area that is close to a school, an ATM, an emergency room, and one kilometer from the Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Sanctuary. The distance between the rail line station and the Pune Air terminal is around 10 kilometers and 2 kilometers, respectively. From the nearby Charoli Transport Stop, 100 meters away, public transportation to the Pune air terminal is always available. Open spaces, Parks, and temples around make for a tranquil atmosphere to live in.

The Large village, Alandi is situated in Khed Taluka of the Pune district. It makes for an outstanding residential neighborhood full of temples and pilgrimage sites because it is a peaceful haven away from the bustle of the metropolis. One of Pune's most prestigious neighborhoods, Alandi is located in the city's northern suburbs, where the renowned Indrayani River flows. Due to this area's fantastic connection, real estate demand has increased dramatically.

Alandi benefits greatly from the proposed Pune Alandi BRT Boulevard and the nearby 147-foot proposed street and ring street. But the place is too detached from the city centers of Pune. Transportation though available is not very convenient for daily commuters to and from the key business hubs of Pune city. Amenities and social infrastructures meet the basic requirement and are a great locality to invest in as they will yield great returns.

The Nasik Pune Road is 6KM from the Alandi locality and serves to provide great connectivity with the key areas in the heart of Pune. But the area is not fully developed and, in my opinion, is quite far from the main city of Pune with might be a problem for professionals looking to do a daily commute. But the spiritual nature of the locality draws pilgrimage crowded that helps the economy of the area.
