I think Sector 52 is famous for its connectivity to Golf Course Extension Road. I get amazing rental yield from corporate employees. My experiences with the friendly neighbourhood are excellent. Upcoming commercial projects look great. My suggestions address two disappointments, including frequent power cuts and the need for better public parks.
