I have been living in CBD Belapur. With good public transport and easy availability of cabs and autos, transport in Belapur is convenient as well. The locality has good connectivity and it is easy to reach to other important points of the city. I have good access to hospitals, shopping malls, groceries, medical stores, and so on. There is not enough parking space, which is a major issue.

I used to live in CBD Belapur a few months back and it was one of the best localities I have ever lived in. It had very good connectivity to all the major points of the city. The locality had all the facilities to fulfill the demands of the residents. However, there are frequent traffic jams in the area and the lack of metro connectivity makes it even more difficult.

It’s been a few months since I bought a 2BHK apartment in Belapur and overall, I am satisfied living in this society. The locality has good access to public transport and daily commuting to work is easy. The roads are clean and very well-maintained as well. There are many reputed educational institutes nearby and providing good schooling to my children is easy for us. I have not experienced water shortages or power cuts.

I have rented a small apartment in Belapur and moved in with my family. We have good access to railway stations and the availability of other public transport and bus stations make commuting very easy for us. With pleasant and calm surroundings, the neighborhood is very amiable. My area is close to grocery stores and vegetable vendors. This adds to our convenience and makes our life easy. I am satisfied.

I have lived in CBD Belapur for many years now and it is an excellent locality. The NMMT bus station service provides very good connectivity and adds to the convenience of the commuters. The neighborhood is very posh and the roads around the area I stay in are very well-maintained. I also believe the locality to be safe as well and cleanliness is maintained. Overall, my experience in Belapur is very good.
