Nice to have small size and boutique feel. I felt the project was considering the high price.

Price is competitive with Kothrud. Location is unbeatable. But no specific amenities.

I like the 2 BHK design with simple but functional. CCTV and fire sprays are nice safety features.

Ashwamedh's 12-year Bangalore-Pune experience is one that instills my confidence. I love this project.

I would regard Pashupati's location in the heart of Kothrud and boutique exclusivity as positives. The unit configuration appeals to a broad spectrum.
