Very good society One of the best location

As a sports lover, I am glad to have two stadiums near my location. The beautiful project BPTP The Pedestal is value for money according to all the amenities, construction, luxury, and facilities they gave. I would suggest being part of BPTP The Pedestal in Sector 70A.

I am satisfied with the indoor work in my flat. The modular kitchen is pretty that I have in my flat. Premium bath fittings, bedroom walls, and tiles are impressive. Also, I am satisfied with the space I got in every room. The construction quality is also good.

BPTP The Pedestal provides me the world-class amenities like Gymnasium, deluxe Swimming Pool, kids' play area, cycle track, etc. Their pool and billiards area attracted me very much. Their power backup, security system, and the 24 hours water supplies are fabulous. The entire environment is pleasant for us.

Sector 70A connects with the Southern Peripheral Road and others majors roads like Sohna Road, Southern Peripheral Road, and NH 8. Many Business hubs, schools, and shopping malls are near this sector. And I benefited a lot because the Park Hospital Blood Bank is so close to my location.

As I know, BPTP The Pedestal is an excellent Project developer in Gurgaon. We visited their project a few months ago, and I was impressed. Now we live in Sector 70A at Gurgaon. We bought our 2BHK flat in an affordable range. We are enjoying our livelihood.
