Being situated in Global City, the surroundings are clean, well-developed, and much wider compared to older parts of Virar. The building itself is a modern 22-storey tower. When I checked out the floor plan, the first thing I noticed was the space. Nowadays, flats in Mumbai and its extensions are getting very cramped, but here, the rooms look decently spacious. The private decks/balconies and large windows are a great addition, ensuring good airflow and sunlight.They have planned around 40 amenities on the podium and rooftop, including a gym, kids' play area, and sitting spaces for senior citizens. While these features are standard in new projects today, having them on the rooftop is a nice touch. In terms of daily convenience, everything like Westside Mall, D-Mart, schools, and hospitals are nearby. Virar station is also at a reasonable driving distance, though traffic during peak hours is something to keep in mind.Overall, Cosmos Group has a decent track record in construction.
