anything that DLF is doing, they are doing in style. This project is next to so much greenery, there is every facility you could dsire. Also, there is a community shopping center which is a utility thing for me and my family. Then I like the big homes and DPS, Shri Ram, etc. are all nearby. I can also get the access to so many hotels (ITC, Hyatt,etc.) whenever I want.
The project is not just about luxury lifestyles. It has got plenty of amenities. I mean, I was just wow they have such a huge open area, greenery, gymnasium, AV room (corporate folks listening?), badminton court, interactive fountain (my kid loves this apparently), cycling track, and more. In fact, many parents I know are raving about the nursery and primary school here. The developers have mostly ticked off the boxes.
Very picky about project. Third home I bought now. But this is different. Lot of space and open greens. Lovely view from window and balcony. Very luxury type of project. But this project has brought me a lot of joy and comfort. It comes with 405 hectares of greens which are just reserved next door. The project campus itself spreads over 8.90 hectares. Now imagine these sizes and my delight in turn!
