The cost of the apartment is a little high, but the facilities which they are provided make up for the cost efficiency. Weekend is best from this apartment because many malls and adventure parks are available near the property.

The location is very nice, and the connectivity is also excellent. This place is situated in Karapakkam, Sozahnganllur and is connected to the main OMR road. I can reach my office very easily from my home.

The most demandable and one of the famous developers in Chennai. The construction of the project is very nice. And the location is also well connected to many other areas. I have a 1829 Sq. Ft 4BHK flat that is very luxurious and well designed. I love my house.
