This project is being made by a reputed developer and the location holds a lot of promise. There are large-sized 3 and 4 BHK apartments at the location in Erandwane and they are promising good amenities like CCTV, yoga zones, and playing areas for children. The biggest advantage is that Paud Road is only a kilometre away, while the Karve Road is only 500 metres away. Joshi Hospital and other hospitals are nearby, while multiple schools are also located in the neighborhood. Pricing-wise, the project is costlier and I feel the prices could have been on the lower side.
