The local area of Pen in Raigad is quite suitable for healthy living and I have taken a house for rent a few months back. The most beautiful place I like is the Bhagwan Mahaveer Theme park. The environment in this park is very clean and peaceful and there are many rides for the children. The area is very noisy and there is a lot of garbage beside the roadside.

Recently I have rented a house in Pen and the locality is very posh and beautiful. The area is very close to the Arabian Sea and the seaside area is good for morning and evening walks. There are many educational institutions like Raigad Military School, Jbcn school, and so on. The Bhagwadi Shopping Centre mall is very famous for its service and BR Bazar is the best market in the area.

I had lived in the local area of Pen for many years for my work and I lived there in a rental house. The area is urban and the serviceability of several needed products is very good. The Vadkhal Supermarket is very famous for the products they are providing but the market is full of thieves, which is a very annoying part of the area.

I have been a permanent resident of the area of Pen in Raigad, Mumbai since my childhood. The area is beautiful as it is nearer to the sea and the area is very posh. There are many hospitals in the locality and there are many schools in the locality which give very strong education to the students. The area has a very sound commuting system and local traffic is also very good in their service.
