My wife was the one who motivated me to finally take the plunge. There are many hospitals and schools I found on the route, which make it a family-friendly and peaceful area. Also, the highway is just near and so is the Mira Road. I think it's a good place to stay in Mumbai-Thane belt.
See I am happy about investing for the value appreciation prospect. Developer seems good and most importantly, the pricing is reasonable. But while WEH and Mira Road are accessible, lot more connectivity and infra needed. Also, approach road needs to be improved.
I am happy about investing in this project. My son already studies in Podar International which is just near the site. Many other schools and hospitals are nearby. My office is also reachable through Western Express Highway. All in all a good deal at its price point.
