Palava Serenity's position A is simply lovely. Given Lodha's great reputation, I feel rather sure of the caliber and long-term worth of the real estate. With quiet lakeside views, wide paths, and a complete range of services from the clubhouse and gym to playgrounds and sports courts, the smart township lifestyle is highly attractive. Through the lodge's own AC bus service, connectivity is excellent; Kalyan-Shil Road is close. Daily life is simple thanks in Palava's institutions and the coming huge hospital. Having said that, local daily-needs stores are still scarce, and travel to the railway station or other city centers during peak hours is not really easy. Therefore better road links or more often available public transportation would greatly improve things.
