POSITIVES The good thing about the locality near Malad Marve road is the availability of shops whether for grocery, vegetables and fruits easy accessibility to stationary books and also the easy aceess to places of worship like St Anthonys Church and Shiv mandir also to spend time the beach nearly 10 minutes walking distance.The saftey is awesome there are no security risk in the night time.There is also police station nearby.The best part is the availability of schools ie St Anthony High School Good Public Transport Easy Cab/Auto Availability Markets at a walkable distance Safe at Night Limited Parks/ Average maintained parks Rare Crimes Reported Occasional Water Shortage Frequent Police Patrolling No Power Cuts Good Schools are nearby NEGATIVES The main problem is the traffic jab be it weak days or normal days there is a lot of traffic and it may reduce after the road widening secondly there a little water shortage faced so u should be well prepared for water cuts and timings Read More
