Found it attractive from budget point of view. I think they are designing the space very intelligently and let's see how it comes out finally. Location-wise I am aware since I live here. I take the train from Mira Road station and often travel on Mira-Bhayander Road. These two places are nearby. My child studies in convent school nearby so everything worked out fine.

Personally speaking, it's a good project in Mira Road. Firstly stations and WEH are nearby and secondly many offices and all are easily accessible. Many schools and hospitals within walking distance also. Very stylish and modern layout. So recommendable for families and professionals.

I work in Infinity IT Park and the site was not very far from the project. I drove myself to find out whether it is feasible or not. Then Mira Road and Dahisar stations are nearby and MIra Bhayander Road is also well-connected. So I thought that location is booming now why not invest now before prices rise.

I basically commute through Dahisar railway station every morning and stay with a friend nearby. Was thinking for long to buy my own place and finally this one fits my need. It is near the railway station and also the Western Express Highway is also near should I want to take car out on weekend. Good investment I think
