The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has spent nearly Rs 100 crore on the project over 14 years, as project got stuck due to land acquisition. The completion is expected within six to ten months, which should significantly improve traffic flow in the northwestern part of the city.

The Prestige Group has received approval to construct a 1.5-kilometer-long private flyover connecting its upcoming Prestige Beta Tech Park in Bellandur to the Outer Ring Road (ORR).
