When you look at the plan, you'll see we've got different types of residential plots – there are Villa plots, Premium plots, and Classic plots. And a significant amount of space is reserved for parks and open areas, making it feel quite green and spacious.

• You'll enter the property from the 'Site Entry' point, located on the eastern side here.
• Inside, we have a main 80-foot road with a tree canopy that cuts right through the site, and the other internal roads are at least 40 feet wide.
• For getting around, you'll find it pretty convenient; Kanakapura Road is only 2.8 km away, and the NICE Peripheral Ring Road is about 9.0 km, giving you good access to other parts of the city.

• We've planned for a Clubhouse and an activity area for residents to enjoy.
• You'll see plenty of green spaces, including a general Park and a special Peepal Tree Park.
