Safe and secure locality, Price in Budget , Prime Location
Frankly, I feel project is only good if developer give good construction quality, lots of latest features, reasonable pricing, big space in home, greens, landscape, lot of amenities, CCTV and security, and also good neighborhood. So if you ask me, almost everything is as per my wish here. Developer always has quick response to questions and then I have also liked my home. Office is nearby and in fact, techie and other start-up guy will like this. Unitech and Vatika Business Park are all nearby this project.
12 acres campus plus point. Children love jog every morning. I also join mostly. Nice neighborhood. Overall many good and posh people and project here. I think am going to enjoy good lifestyle with the gym, pool, jogging track, CCTV,and more. Big investment and happy with it. developer is also giving good space interior. So if planning for family, check out project. YOu will love it as me.
See, for me, luxury means space. I'm sure you all would agree, after what happened with the pandemic. This is where these people ahve scored a goal. Vatika is giving a lot of space. My apartment is king-sized for a price that I consider quite reasonable. Also they are providing open areas and hop onto the Dwarka Expressway and you're good to access almost all major locations here. That is the beauty of Gurugram and this project.
I always wanted a luxury home near Dwarka Expressway. Glad to say that I got it at last. This is a great project and a luxurious one too. The connectivity to my office and my in-laws house is superb. This is also a great thing for better half, since she visits them regularly. The developer is also trusted and loving my investment experience so far.
These guys offer great amenities, I mean you will appreciate the gymnasium, swimming pool, jogging track, power backup, rainwater harvesting, indoor games and they even have a pre-school in there. So far so good I mean the homes are large and the Dwarka Expressway is nearby, which does not make you feel marooned in an urban island. In fact, I don't get that feeling at all. Satisfied with my investment and yes, security levels are also great.
