  • While the rapid development in the real estate industry has led to an increase in the price of property in the vicinity, it has also destroyed the natural environment. For instance, the green cover of the hills has been destroyed as the area is being developed. 

However, the government of Telangana has taken up the challenge and has issued notices to the developers in this area to stop them from destroying the rock formations. Several people have come together called Society to Save the Rocks. It is a group of activists and climbers who want to protect the site. A high court in the city has issued notices against the developers in the matter.
