BMC Floats Tender for ₹13,000 Crore Flood Mitigation Plan

BMC has initiated a tender process to appoint a consultant for a comprehensive ₹13,000-crore flood-mitigation master plan. This plan aims to tackle Mumbai's chronic monsoon waterlogging by upgrading drainage infrastructure, enhancing pumping capacity, improving flood warnings, and incorporating nature-based solutions.

A total of 7 residential transactions has been registered so far for Jivan Prakash Apartment, amounting to ₹ 18 Cr till September 2026.

During Q2'2026, average property prices for Jivan Prakash Apartment moved from ₹ 47,250/sqft to ₹ 47,650/sqft, reflecting a 0.85% rise.
