Gulshan Ikebana Society is located in NOIDA Sector 143, which is a very lovely area to reside in. The apartments are relatively roomy, and the space between the towers is sufficient to provide an airy feeling. There are tons of parks where kids can play. Beyond the limits of society, there are decent stores, a bank, and an ATM. There is a temple for worship, a club, and a swimming pool. Highly recommended.
Incredible society Amazingly, there are a lot of events held at short intervals, and the clubhouse is immaculate and opulent, with a welcoming staff. There is a thriving market in society as well, where you can find practically anything you need for daily living! The property is well located in Sector 143, which is considered a luxury sector. The flats are large and have good construction quality. I am very satisfied as an owner.
Excellent location in Noida; the Metro station is only 15 minutes away on foot. Every apartment has a sizable balcony with a partial view of the Yamuna River. There is a plenty of light throughout the living room and both bedrooms thanks to the large windows. You'll also find ample parking, a well-equipped gym, a sizable outdoor pool with plenty of space for sunbathing, and an opulent club welcome room for Ikebana.

One of the best communities near the Greater Noida Expressway in Noida. But I have observed certain problems. Every unit is charged a whopping Rs. 22/-when there is a power outage and we are using power backup, making it extremely costly. To be honest, we find it really annoying since there are power outages every day for five to six hours. I don't have any other issues concerning the flat, save this one.

Since this is a newly created location, the only problem at the moment is the lack of a suitable market and public transportation. Perfect place for anyone whose workplace is close to Noida or Greater Noida. Excellent location in Noida; the Metro station is only 15 minutes away on foot. The flats let in a lot of natural light and are roomy.
Awesome society. Excellent playground for children. The clubhouse is also incredibly lovely; it features a half basketball court, a carrom table, a gym, a spa, and a badminton court. Numerous stores have opened; among them are eateries, pharmacies, and convenience stores. Bachelors are not permitted, and most residents are families. Even the occupants are not permitted to disobey the regulations due to the extreme security. Public transportation is the lone drawback.
Advant Tower is also close by, and Oxygen IT Park is only a short stroll away. It is an excellent area to live if you are employed there. For malls, you can travel to Noida or Greater Noida. They are nearly the same distance apart. There aren't many restaurants that deliver to this community; the majority of them are found in Sector 137. This location is close to the Hindon River range.
