Juhu is a major residential area lying between Worli and Andheri and offers several luxury and ultra luxury projects for buyers. There are several well occupied and mid stage projects in the area and leading developers like Kalpataru, Ekta World, Mayfair Housing and Rustomjee are highly active here. 3 and 4 BHK housing units are predominantly available in the area. Juhu is very famous for its huge Juhu Beach and is surrounded by the Arabian Sea to the west. Areas like Vile Parle, Khar, Santacruz and are well linked to Juhu which is one of Mumbai’s most affluent residential zones and is home to several Bollywood celebrities and industrialists alike. The Vile Parle, Santacruz and Andheri railway stations are all easily accessible from Juhu and these connect it to several parts of Mumbai. Juhu is also well connected to Goregaon and the Bandra-Kurla Complex which is one of Mumbai’s biggest commercial hubs.

Juhu is well connected to several areas in Mumbai through the Swami Vivekanand Road and the Western Express Highway. The BEST bus network is a major connectivity lifeline in the area while the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport lies just 4 kilometres away from the area and can be accessed through the SV Road. The metro railway network is a major connectivity booster in the area along with the planned 2.5 kilometer skywalk from the Juhu Beach to the Vile Parle station in addition to a passenger terminal at the Juhu Airport. The Government is working on subsidized air connectivity from the Juhu Aerodrome to other tier II and III cities in Maharashtra while sea plane services are operational between Juhu and Aamby Valley.

Juhu provides the best social infrastructure and amenities to residents. Leading hospitals like the Palika Hospital, New World Eye Care Hospital, Ravi Endoscopy Centre, Nature Cure Hospital and Dr R N Cooper Municipal Medical College & General Hospital are located in the neighborhood along with reputed educational institutions like the Arya Vidya Mandir, R.N.
