As an IT professional working in Mayantha Tech Park, the Sobha City residential project was the best choice for me. The society complex is huge and does not simply look like overcrowded towers like other residential societies in the main city. The society is located in North Bangalore zone, therefore the pricing is slightly on the higher side. But, nevertheless, it was worth spending that much for such an excellent apartment and amenities.

Because of the proximity to the Mayanatha Tech Park, most of the people living here are IT people like me. The place is perfect for families as there is properly planned areas for children. There are other facilities available too like gym, swimming pool, etc. I would say this place is well worth the premium price.
