As an IT professional working in Mayantha Tech Park, the Sobha City residential project was the best choice for me. The society complex is huge and does not simply look like overcrowded towers like other residential societies in the main city. The society is located in North Bangalore zone, therefore the pricing is slightly on the higher side. But, nevertheless, it was worth spending that much for such an excellent apartment and amenities.

As someone who has 2 young kids, my priority was to find a place with plenty of spaces for kids to play. Sobha City is the perfect kind of place for anyone looking a kid-friendly ambience. There is a large kids play area available plus even adults have a designated workout zone. I work from home so having a gym and jogging track here within the society premises is a very refreshing aspect for me.

Located exactly on the Thanisandra main road, Sobha City is a popular choice mong people looking for a new home. Because of the proximity to the Mayanatha Tech Park, most of the people living here are IT people like me. The place is perfect for families as there is properly planned areas for children. There are other facilities available too like gym, swimming pool, etc. I would say this place is well worth the premium price.

The choice of location for Sobha City is brilliant. Schools, hospitals and universities are so close to here. The one thing that was very convenient for us was the level of transparency during and after the apartment purchase. The maintenance fee is a little high for us but it is worth it considering that all the society facilities and amenities are available at our disposal all times. Besides, the society has 24 hour electricity and plenty of preparation for a power outage.

There are strict security procedure to allow guests to enter the building. Plus, there are plenty of services available for guests.

Me and my family wanted to live somewhere where we would have plenty of recreational options, so we chose Sobha City. All these years living here we have not faced any major issues except a few times when hosting a gathering. There is a limited amount of parking space available for guests. However, residents have a fixed parking spot.

Everything that I needed to live a decent life is available here. 24 hour security, gated entrances, power backup, emergency water supply and no disturbances. Plus, the location is such a prime area that you will not feel isolated. The apartment has a spacious layout. Plus, the construction quality is acceptable. The bathrooms had modern fittings. The flat design was perfect for my family of 5 members. The society does not feel cramped too.
