I moved here with my father 18 days ago. Just finished getting settled in (most of our
furniture arrived today). I can tell I’m going to love this place after our last apartment which
was very run-down. Tulip Leaf has a gym and swimming pool along with lots of courts and

So far I’ve only taken the tour given by the agent but I’m pretty impressed already. Location
is beside Southern Peripheral Road (about 0.1KM away) and very central for convenience.
Love that the flooring in the bedrooms is laminated wood, it gives the rooms a very warm

Tulip Leaf gives you the impression you’re living in a cozy but spacious penthouse with its
great views. My 3bhk is pretty high up and has a gorgeous view of the surrounding greens,
and I’ll admit I spend most of my evenings down in the little clubhouse. The power cut is a major issue in this locality. But This complex has good power backup. It’s a great place to
meet and talk with the other residents. Location is pretty central too (near the southern
peripheral road), so I’m loving this development!

It was a little hard to choose an apartment but in the end I chose the Tulip Leaf for its safety
features. It’s scary coming home from work after a night shift but the guards go out of their
way to make me feel safe. The neighborhood is very safe too, so I’d recommend Tulip Leaf
to any girls living alone.
