    Kondhwa was such an energetic and kind area of Pune that I always felt connected and safe there. Simple access right nearby to great hospitals like Mirza Hospital and good schools like Olive National School. With several eateries and exercise facilities, the area had lots of amusement. NIBM Road and PMPML buses ensured reliable connection to Pune's centre. The infrastructure on the side roads let me down. Often confronted with unreliable water supply during the hot summer months, I was angered by erratic trash collection schedules. Though it surely needed better municipal services, this vibrant area had a remarkable healthcare and education system.

    I decided to rent Kondhwa since it provides a rare blend of cheapness and ease. Thanks to the fine road connections, my office in Hadapsar/Magarpatta is rather accessible. With local markets, schools, hospitals, and stores all nearby, I have all I need. Particularly pleasant is relaxing in the little parks and strolling down quiet roadways. Though I look forward to the planned Metro expansion, which will improve connectivity, the existing bus lines help make traveling bearable. Better traffic control and more stringent measures against illicit parking on side streets are among the things that I believe could improve. All things considered, I absolutely enjoy life here. The site is really friendly, convenient, and safe.

    Owning a property in Kondhwa, Pune makes me very happy. Living here is quiet but dynamic. Via NIBM Road and Katraj-Kondhwa Road, I am well connected; the Mumbai–Pune Highway is easily accessible for me. The expanding social structure and great liveability of this region drew me. Hospitals like Inamdar and Bliss Multispeciality are very nearby, as are schools like RIMS International and EuroKids; my family has excellent ones. For daily requirements and refreshments, there are neighborhood markets, coffee shops, and supermarkets all around. Moreover, I appreciate the tranquil streets and green pockets. The one thing I wish would get better is a more dependable summertime water supply. Still, buying here seems to be a rather sensible and pleasurable choice.

    Kondhwa is my residence and I admire its family friendly, balanced atmosphere. I have a decision between more current high rise houses and reasonably priced mid-rise flats. While upcoming metro plans promise quicker commutes, I get to the city via local buses and Swargate metro. With several multispecialty facilities in close proximity, medical care and ambulance services are dependable.     I purchased my residence in Kondhwa because of its modern infrastructure, excellent connection to important centres, and perfect combination of peace and urban life. Developed residential developments, great hospitals and schools, and a bearable drive to the downtown area are all available. I adore how I may arrive at home in minutes yet still find tranquillity free from the hectic main highways. Faster execution of a specialised metro line for the region and improved maintenance of some inside routes in older areas are something I believe may be improved.     Positives: I love to reside in this locality. The locality’s nearby are Vishwakarma University and other institutions. Compared to more central Pune regions, the rental prices are rather low. Certainly, I feel the area around the ISKCON Temple is the most refreshing location since it provides a calm atmosphere. Daily life benefits greatly from having necessary amenities such as several hospitals and markets right here on NIBM Road. Kondhwa's advantageous social amenities and close proximity to Hadapsar and Magarpatta for job networking are quite good here.

    Negatives: Water supply may be somewhat unpredictable, often needing communities to rely on water tankers during the height of summer. Furthermore, I must say the PMC needs to immediately raise this sanitation service since the garbage collection procedure is inconsistent. It is particularly the internal side streets.

    Positives: Kondhwa appealed to me since its position provides great demand from people working in nearby IT centers such Hadapsar and Magarpatta. Usually ranging from 3–4%, the rental yield is steady and offers a dependable investment. In the heart of the city, there is presently no metro connection; we mostly depend on PMPML buses and auto-rickshaws. The fantastic proximity of great schools and hospitals defines my favourite area of the town. The expansion here gives me confidence; it is comparatively inexpensive to other, more expensive locations nearby such Koregaon Park.

    Negatives: My major worry is the great, ongoing issue with erratic garbage collection on the less populated, internal side roads. This lack of upkeep on hygiene is a real letdown requiring immediate PMC intervention.

    Negatives: Every day, Katraj-Kondhwa Road's traffic was utterly infuriating. My biggest letdown was the never-ending lack of water that compelled us to rely on pricey summer-hot tankers. In our little lane the garbage collecting seemed extremely sporadic, which was always a disappointment.

The site is perfect as it links easily to key areas like Hadapsar and Swargate through well-laid roads. A brief trip away are premium hospitals such Inamdar Hospital and reputable institutions such Delhi Public School. Clover Hills Plaza is practical for shopping. Here, the suggested Pune Ring Road and Civil Court to Yeolewadi metro line provide great promise going forward.

    Negatives: The few areas needing work include the obvious absence of a direct metro station right now and better PMC participation for garbage collection/hygiene in some areas.
