Impressed with the quality of rooms and the project itself here. Orion is a solid medium-sized
project with 1-3BHK rooms. I originally wanted a 3BHK but settled on a 2BHK since the price
was out of my budget. It is 820 sq. ft. though and is more than big enough.

I have noticed both good things and slight drawbacks about Ruparel Orion in the month I
have spent here. The rooms are small but have a luxurious, open design, so they don’t feel
very cramped. Amenities include a power backup and other things. One drawback I will
mention here is that finding parking space is very hard near this development.

Wanted an apartment with great connectivity but still a little peaceful and Ruparel Orion gave
me that. It is located right beside the Eastern Express highway. 2BHK options are medium
sized compared to others in Chembur but I think the amenities, security features, and sports
facilities make up for that.
