Impressed with the quality of rooms and the project itself here. Orion is a solid medium-sized project with 1-3BHK rooms. I originally wanted a 3BHK but settled on a 2BHK since the price was out of my budget. It is 820 sq. ft. though and is more than big enough.
I have noticed both good things and slight drawbacks about Ruparel Orion in the month I have spent here. The rooms are small but have a luxurious, open design, so they don’t feel very cramped. Amenities include a power backup and other things. One drawback I will mention here is that finding parking space is very hard near this development.
Wanted an apartment with great connectivity but still a little peaceful and Ruparel Orion gave me that. It is located right beside the Eastern Express highway. 2BHK options are medium sized compared to others in Chembur but I think the amenities, security features, and sports facilities make up for that.
I’ve been living in Ruparel Orion for almost an entire week. It’s been pretty exciting so far getting to know the other people here. One great thing about this development has to be the friendly community and the great service from management. Facilities like a power backup and 24/7 drinking water supply only makes the deal sweeter.
I had been looking for a good deal on an apartment in Chembur for a while before I found Ruparel Orion, and I honestly regret not finding it sooner. The 2BHK I bought is 814 sq. ft. and accommodates me and my girlfriend perfectly. She stays at home most of the day so I’m glad about the security features too.
