I fell in love with this apartment because it caters to my active lifestyle and gives me the opportunity to be involved in high-intensity activities without having to travel away from home. I love the basketball court and the gymnasium lives up to my expectations. It would be beneficial to have an attached market inside the complex. But with all these facilities, it's a value-for-money project.
I love the environment and the positive gestures involving sewage treatment and rain water harvesting. There is also a lot of greenery around to give you a kind of refreshment. There is a party hall where you can host events and it can accommodate well. There is also a clubhouse if you like social gatherings more often.
The contemporary township project, NG Grand Plaza, offers luxurious residences and a premium lifestyle experience. I love the fact that this apartment is thoughtfully conceived and carefully designed. There are leisure activities like jacuzzi and indoor games.
This apartment is very well secured and has additional conveniences such as power backup, solar heaters and high-speed elevators. We also get clean water supply all the time.
This township has good connectivity with some of the significant locations like the Thane Belapur Road and Ghansoli Railway station. As a result I am able to commute to my workplace within a few minutes.
